SHAPE Magazine Takes a Yogic Twist with New
Roseland, NJ February, 2006 SHAPE magazine's resident yogi, Teri Hanson takes center stage for their newest video, SHAPE: LONG, LEAN AND STRONG. This vinyasa-flow styled workout will tone, strengthen and reshape the entire body while refreshing the mind and spirit. Produced by AMI's fitness director, Linda Shelton, the DVD has a pre-book date of March 7, 2006 and will hit stores on March 28, 2006 with a suggested retail price of $19.98. Viewers are one-on-one with Hanson in this very soothing twenty -minute exercise program. While there is a relaxing meditation at the end of the workout, most of the time is spent in flow-motion moving through one posture to the next.
